🦷 New Articulator System: Flexible Pin Configurations for 3D Printing

We’ve introduced a new Base Pair Articulator Attachment that now supports 2, 3, or 4-pin setups. With adjustable Pin Diameter, Offset from Base, and Support Bar Thickness, you can fine-tune your model bases to match your printing hardware and preferences.

The result? Stronger and cleaner articulation right off the printer. This system supports all appliance types and is optimized for digital production environments.

🔍 Smart Resubmission: Reprocess with New Parameters, Free!

You’ve probably had it happen: a splint comes back from the floor or after delivery marked as a Flat Plane, but after rechecking the Rx, the doctor requested another type of splint such as an Anterior Ramp. Previously, catching that meant restarting the case or submitting a new prescription.

Now, with parameter resubmission directly inside the CADflow Desktop App Inspector, you can update design parameters on specific cases and reprocess them, without starting from scratch. Whether it’s tweaking occlusion settings, adjusting splint thickness, or updating a base height, this small but powerful change helps avoid unnecessary remakes and preserves your team’s momentum.

🦷 ABO Study Models: Meeting Professional Standards Efficiently

For labs designing to ABO standards, Version 2.3.1 now supports paired Study Models with features to:

  • Align upper and lower arches automatically in your digital workflow

  • Preserve occlusion during the CAD CAM dental process

  • Follow ABO model dimensions and specs, including rounded mandibular profiles

  • Customize total height of paired bases to match lab standards

This makes preparing ABO-ready study models easier than ever, especially for high-volume dental professionals managing exam-ready 3D printing workflows.

🎛 New Parameter Profile Layout: Faster Navigation, Better Visibility

For those managing multiple product lines or fine-tuning settings, the redesigned Parameter Profile window now features a three-column layout in a maximizable format. You’ll spend less time clicking through nested menus and more time making meaningful adjustments. A small update with a big usability boost.
